The Milk Carton Kids Join Host Stephen Kallao on World Cafe – Thursday at 2pm

On the new record, The Only Ones, you’ll hear just the voices and acoustic guitars of Kenneth Pattengale and Joey Ryan. They stop by the World Cafe today to perform some of the new music around a single microphone. And we’ll hear the story of how they came to host the Americana Music Awards, and what they think the label “Americana” really means. That’s coming up, on the next World Cafe with host Stephen Kallao.
