At the University of Virginia, we’ll meet some of the 324 members of the Cavalier Marching Band and hear a rehearsal of their football halftime show. Then, it’s up and coming indie-pop artist – and UVA student – Kate Bollinger. She shares about growing up around music thanks to her mom, a music therapist who also made children’s albums. And Kate performs live. That’s coming up, on the next World Cafe.
