DB wide wcAs a staff songwriter for Hi Records, Don Bryant wrote some of the label's biggest hits in the ‘60s and ‘70s – including "I Can't Stand the Rain" by his wife, Ann Peebles. Lately, Bryant has shifted focus to his own recording career, recently releasing his third solo album, You Make Me Feel. Today, Don shares about his time at Hi Records, singing with The Hamiltones, and we’ll hear a live performance from his latest project. Coming up, on this encore edition of World Cafe with host Raina Douris.
