Paul Beaubrun Performs Off His Latest Album on the Next World Cafe – Thursday at 2pm

PB11 sq 4c17bnprPaul Beaubrun was born into the legendary musical family behind Boukman Eksperyans, one of Haiti's most famous bands. But he’s also made a name for himself as a solo artist in North America, thanks in part to collaborations with artists including Jackson Browne, Jenny Lewis, and Arcade Fire. Paul’s music is steeped in the sounds of rock and reggae and punctuated with Haitian drums and rhythms. Today, we’ll hear songs from his latest album, Rasanbleman, performed live. Coming up, on the next World Cafe with host Raina Douris.
