Nana Adjoa is a citizen of the world. She was raised in the Netherlands by a Dutch mother and Ghanaian father. She makes music that draws on influences not only from her heritage, but from all over – including her formal jazz training, and rock bands like Rage Against the Machine and Wilco. Nana Adjoa joins host Raina Douris, on the next World Cafe.
