WorldCafe Primary Red cmykMeg Remy's musical roots are in the DIY punk world – and when she began making music as U.S. Girls over a decade ago, she played everything herself. But over the years, her solo project has grown, with her latest record, Heavy Light, featuring 20 musicians in the studio at once. Meg joins host Raina Douris today to talk about how she recruited E-Street Band saxophonist Jake Clemons to play on the album. Plus, we’ll hear some of the new songs performed live.
