FreshAir 600x600Bryan Stevenson is one of the leaders in the fight against racial injustice within the justice system. His memoir, Just Mercy, was adapted into the recent film of the same name starring Michael B Jordan as Stevenson and Jaimie Foxx. Stevenson is the founder and executive director of the Equal Justice Initiative, which provides legal representation to people who have been illegally convicted, or unfairly sentenced or abused in state jails and prisons.  Stevenson and the Equal Justice Initiative founded The Legacy Museum and the National Memorial for Peace and Justice.
