He is the author of 3 books: Radical Leap, Radical Edge and Greater Than Yourself, which illustrate his leadership concept called LEAP – Love, Energy, Audacity and Proof. In collaboration with Art of the Song alums, The Brothers Koren, he recorded an EP of original songs, entitled There’s Not a Dream I Wouldn’t Keep. Steve Farber is one of the very few who preach the practice of LOVE in a business context. “Do what you love in the service of people who love what you do.” He’s also one of the few who has found a way to use MUSIC in his leadership seminars. We spoke with Steve in his living room overlooking the San Diego harbor.
