This week we present a special quarantine edition of Art of the Song with Nashville singer/songwriter, Andrew Combs. We feature his EP This is the Light, which consists of 5 songs written and recorded during the 2020 coronavirus quarantine. Andrew says, [quote’] “The pandemic has obviously caused anxiety, pain, and frustration for many people, so it’s hard for me to relish in the fact I am able to stay at home and be creative, but I’d be lying if I said this whole experience has not been fruitful for my art.”
All earnings from Andrew’s This is the Light EP will be donated to MusiCares’ COVID relief fund, which is affiliated with the Grammys to help musicians who are suffering financially due to the pandemic. If you are able, please donate at grammy.com/musicares that’s g r a m m y dot com slash m u s i c a r e s
