The number of teachers of color in California isn’t keeping pace with the number of black and brown students in our classrooms.

One problem is that too many of these teachers leave the profession. As part of our California Dream collaboration, KQED’s Vanessa Rancaño takes us to meet a group of men trying to find a solution.
