Like other counties in the Bay Area, Santa Clara County is facing serious shortages of water this year. The Santa Clara Valley Water District – known as Valley Water – is responsible for sourcing and providing water supply to local water retailers, one of them being the City of San Jose. We meet representatives from these agencies and visit some of their facilities, while learning how the area's water portfolio is managed and the stresses it is facing. Once again, conservation is the water solution!
