Water Conservation PSA: "Save Water Indoors"
There are things we can all do to save water indoors, as well as investing in water-efficient technologies and products when possible, with little or no impact on your lifestyle – but it makes a big difference when it comes to saving water. Here are some indoor water conservation tips: Don’t let the water run while shaving, brushing your teeth, or washing dishes. When you are washing your hands, don’t let the water run while you lather. Listen for dripping faucets and check your toilet for leaks. Fixing a leak can potentially save hundreds of gallons each month. Run the dishwasher and clothes washer with full loads only. If possible, purchase a front-loading washing machine that uses 40% less water. Check with your local water provider for rebates. Drought is here. Save water.
