During the pandemic, I made a commitment to myself to try all kinds of things that I'd not had before or that I wasn't sure about or that Yeah, what by the way, I want to mention, I mean food. I mean things that I got at the farmers market. I mean greens, I mean leaves, I mean roots, I mean all those things. And so, what I like to do is get some things that I didn't know about, ask a farmer about how they're good and kind of stir fry them. You know, they can just be done in olive oil or you can add a little bit of broth. You can throw in some soy sauce. That's never bad. What whatever you want to do - some some peanut sauce! And just put them all in there.
They're going to have a lot of good flavor and a lot of good textures and a lot of good nutrition and a lot of good eating. A fall stir fry is like almost nothing else and we have plenty. Savoring Sonoma, I'm Clark Wolf for KRCB.
