2019 was a big news year for Sonoma County, with historicflooding along the Russian River, rolling PG&E blackouts, and anothercatastrophic fire season. In the midstof reporting on these crises, Sonoma West Publishers, which runs four localnewspapers, was also working on finding a new model that would help keep itspapers afloat. KRCB’s Adia White talked with publisher Rollie Atkinson aboutthe year in review and an exciting new announcement to come in 2020.
