A third major property insurance company is changing the way it does business in California. 

Reporting by Matthew Kupfer in the San Francisco Standard revealed that Farmers' Insurance is making those moves with quite a bit less public notice than State Farm and Allstate generated when they announced plans to stop issuing new homeowners' policies earlier this year. 

 CapRadio's Mike Hagerty talked to Kupfer about his reporting.
