Sheba PersonCommunity Action Partnership of Sonoma County has been hosting weekly conversations to discuss racism in our community.  In Monday’s conversation, CAP's Communications Manager, Marcus Clarke, spoke with Sheba Person-Whitley, Executive Director of the Sonoma County Economic Development Board.
