Sonoma County Libraries Host Tamale Making Workshops

 
Tamale MakingThe library might not be the first place you’d expect to learn how to make tamales. But that’s exactly what happened last December in Santa Rosa. KRCB’s Camille Escovedo attended one of seventeen free bilingual cooking classes at Sonoma County libraries. From the Northwest Santa Rosa Library she has this report.
