At the beginning of July, activists reached an agreement with the City of Santa Rosa and the County of Sonoma over how homeless people are treated during encampment clean-ups. KRCB’s Adia White went to Santa Rosa’s Olive Park during a clean-up later that month to find out what the new policy looks like.
