It’s springtime and Coffey Park is alive with the sounds of construction. Waves of families have been moving back over the past year, but there’s some concern that former renters will be priced out of the neighborhood.
Reporter Adia White visited this week, she found residents optimistic as more of their neighbors are beginning to return home.
