In the fall of 2018, “The State of Working Sonoma” reported on income inequality and low-wage employment in Sonoma County. The report was commissioned by North Bay Jobs with Justice and written by consultant Jesús Guzmán, who holds a masters’ in public policy from the University of California Berkeley.
