outage mapPG&E may shut off power to around 158,000 customers in 21 counties in the Sierra foothills and North Bay late Monday evening due to high fire risk. Are you one of the customers who could be impacted?

The shutoff is a proactive measure to try to prevent wildfires amid extreme heat and a forecasted offshore dry wind event, according to PG&E.

Click the search bar in the bottom left corner of this map to see if your address falls within the area that could be impacted. This map is approximate, but PG&E also has an address lookup tool that will provide more exact information.

If you do fall within the blackout area, this does not mean that you will definitely lose power, just that you are within the area that PG&E may shut off power to.
